At Kaiya Active, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for grip socks due to change of mind, including incorrect size, colour preference, or if the item has been worn or tried on.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We are happy to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if your item is:

Once approved, we’ll arrange the next steps as quickly as possible.
Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must be:

In original packaging

Free from marks, odours, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault or our error, return shipping will be covered by Kaiya Active
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
